Fempower is a division of The Workforce Group (Pty) Ltd,
therefore its BEE credentials are measured through the Group.

The Workforce Group (Pty) Ltd has been awarded an A (Level 4)
BBBEE rating by Empowerdex (valid until February 2010). This
means a score of between 65%-75% compliance to the black
economic empowerment targets set for the generic DTI scorecard.

The objective of the scorecard is not only to encourage black
participation at all levels of business, but also to encourage
procurement from BBBEE rated businesses.

The significance of our Level 4 rating to our clients is that when
they are completing their BBBEE scorecard, they will be able to
attribute any spend with Workforce (as one of their suppliers) at a
level 4 contribution level, ie. 100%.

As a Group, we have policies and procedures in place including a
procurement policy and an employment equity policy to ensure that
we are continually assessing and striving to improve our BBBEE status.
